ABSTRACT

H ow we learn, or process and store information is directly linked to therepresentational systems of VAK. The example I used earlier when discussingmy preferred method of remembering mathematical formulae, by writing them down, illustrates this. When new information is presented to us in our preferred style, we are more able to process and store that information for later recall. Assimilating new knowledge enables us to change the way we think and act. We can change our outward behaviour, but a true change will only occur when we change the way we perceive and believe.
