ABSTRACT
Robert Easton (Chapter 28) is a senior manager in Andersen Consulting's Australia and New Zealand supply chain management practice, based in Sydney. He has logistics experience in both military and commercial organizations in Australia and Asia, focusing on supply chain strategy, outsourcing, warehousing and distribution centre operations, inventory-management systems, performance measurement and achieving supply chain performance improvement. Robert has a BCom from Victoria University, a graduate diploma in psychology from Massey University, a Master's in defence studies from Deakin University and an MBA from Macquarie University. He has also completed the US Army's logistics executive development course and graduated from the Singapore Command and General Staff College.
