Adaptation of Gdansk agglomeration ports to the service of fast ferry connections

This paper looks at a particularly interesting and topical new development in the region, in the form of fast ferries and their physical requirements in the seaports of the region. It reveals that the introduction of new technical facilities of this sort is likely in the market environment of the Baltic region and that the Polish ports will have a major part to play.
