ABSTRACT
The traditional method of analysis of the basic construction project centres on the three project performance parameters of time, cost and quality. The interrelationship between these is well known in both the construction industry and in the project management profession and is shown in Figure 7.1. However, from an investment analysis, instead of a project management stance, the three project performance parameters of time, cost and quality are discussed below.
