To his misfortune, Thurmond Amold had also ridiculed Senator Borah, a great antitruster, who questioned Amold during his Senate eonfirmation hearing. Amold promised that he would be a vigorous advocate of antitrust proseeution. Senator Borah seratehed his head, and he approved the nomination, but he did advise Amold to revise the chapter in his book on trusts.
