ABSTRACT
Introduction In large-scale and complicated systems, unexpected situations may occur even if risk management is fully carried out. When these situations happen, damages must be minimized and the system must promptly be restored to the original state. Such adaptable performance is achieved by means of human performance and teamwork. Resilience Engineering is the human factors approach for this.
