In this chapter, we will report on the first three years in the development of a residential unit for sexually aggressive young men. Sexual offending and the sexual abuse of children has been the focus of recent government policy and legislation. There has also been increasing attention focused on the issue of children and young people who are sexually aggressive. However, research knowledge and the development of services for young people who are sexually aggressive lags behind that for adult sex abusers.
