ABSTRACT
A widespread belief exists among Americans that some religions are inherently more violent than others. Particularly, a significant percentage of Americans think Islam is essentially more violent than Christianity. Though I have done no statistical analysis, I am going to assume that a significant amount of Americans think this way.
