ABSTRACT
Organizations are usually in existence for specific purposes. The way organizations accomplish their purposes is by dividing the necessary work among various departments or sections and by establishing a corresponding managerial hierarchy to run those organizational entities. The managers of the different departments have goals and objectives to meet to help the organization achieve its overall purpose, and they are given a variety of resources (people, facilities, equipment, etc.) to use in order to meet them.
