ABSTRACT
How one goes about the research depends upon the nature of the project and the organization’s role in it. At one end of the scale we may simply be interested in discovering how to make our design more useful to a stakeholder. At the other end of the scale we may be trying to minimize objection to a planning application or even a parliamentary act such as a Transport and Works Act.
