ABSTRACT
This chapter analyses some of the features of European management. It places this analysis within the cultural context in which European managers work. It compares some of the features of European management with the Anglo-Saxon, pointing to similarities and identifying differences between the two styles. It illustrates the analysis with two country comparisons.
