ABSTRACT
Chapter 22 analysed the specific issue of personal time management. This chapter looks at a variety of other personal and interpersonal management skills and competencies. Competencies are abilities, capabilities, and capacities. Skills and competencies result from the application of knowledge and understanding, and from the accumulation of learning and experience. Skills and competencies reside in individuals, in groups and teams, and in organizations.
