This is the Second Edition of Principles of Management. The First Edition of the book proved to be highly successful in the teaching and learning situation. It was used to very good effect by both undergraduate and post­ graduate students. It also proved successful in management training and executive development, for instance in Caribbean countries, Finland, and Greece as well as in the UK.
