ABSTRACT

This chapter looks at selected aspects of leadership and management on an internationally comparative or polycentric basis. The chapter is based on the premise that the use of a cross-cultural approach is likely to be the most advantageous in identifying the effects of national and cultural diversity on international management principles and practice.
