ABSTRACT

What does it mean to live ‘a good life’ at work? It means being happy, certainly. And free from as many harms as possible. It also means having the opportunity to develop as an individual – to grow, to flourish in body and mind. None of this is possible unless the organisation is ethical through and through. In the twenty-first century, with increasingly educated, worldly-wise employees from diverse backgrounds, a living, breathing ethical culture, nurtured by Principled Persuasion, will be essential to innovation and advances in productivity.
