ABSTRACT

In this book we have presented a range of facilitation challenges. How can you facilitate learning about teamwork, leadership, personal effectiveness, change, creativity, organizational quality, communication or diversity with limited resources? How is it possible for people to learn about these areas in a limited period of time? Our argument is that an experience, whether or not that experience is ‘artificial’, will evoke an emotion and the learning that can come from this emotional response will have a long-lasting impact.
