ABSTRACT
This chapter was written and compiled based on the writer's experience and research work, to highlight the various management approaches in the present society which should be implemented as well as cultivated in the modern corporate culture and its environment. The input is not intended to be exhaustive in identifying the better or latest approaches available from time to time. This chapter gives many examples, directions, advice on human expectation towards the needs of working life or living together as a team and society at large. This can be achieved with the right approach, solution, planning, concept and implementation process.
