ABSTRACT
Reportedincidentsofviolenceunderlinetheneedtoadoptanorganizationalorteamapproachtopreventingviolenceintheworkplace.Itonly needsonememberofateamtoneglectsimplesafetyproceduresforthat individual,andperhapstheircolleagues,tobeplacedatrisk.Forthisreason, acollaborativeapproachinvolvingallteammembers,supportstaffand managersisneededtoensureasafeworkingenvironment.
