ABSTRACT
The Music Schools for Secondary Education (MSs) were founded by law in 1988.1 The same law also announced the foundation of the Pilot Music School at Pallíni (PMSP) in greater Athens, which first operated in 1988-89, admitting students into the first grade of gymnasium.2
