ABSTRACT

Travel agent invites students to consider buying one of a number of different holidays, the purchase of a holiday providing an analogy for the purchase of social services (care management). The student is asked to consider factors such as high, medium or low season, the price of the holiday, and the remaining monies available for spending and so on. Travel agent is best undertaken by a group of three or four students. It can also be

undertaken by two people, such as the practice teacher and student.
