ABSTRACT
In the preceding chapters the benefits of managing major projects by embedding the traditional best practices of Supply Chain Management have been discussed. However there are further opportunities for improving the performance of a Project Supply Chain by applying Operational Excellence concepts. These ideas include Lean, Agile and Six Sigma principles.
