ABSTRACT
Tessa and her son Jomo, age 8, have recently moved from Nairobi, Kenya to Brussels, Belgium. Jomo’s biological father, Arnold, lives in Kenya. Tessa and Arnold never lived together, although Arnold visited his son at least twice a month, even after Tessa ended her relationship with him five years ago.
