ABSTRACT
It is difficult to give some comments on another's work, especially when the subject is so complex, and able to be seen from so many different viewpoints, as the one we are facing in this debate. Before coming to the matter itself, I want to point out some concepts as frameworks. I call these a 'state of facts'.
