CRM Behaviour and Team Performance under High Workload: Outline and Implications of a Simulator Study

This paper introduces a currently running project (,GIHRE-aviation') aimed at investigating the use of CRM (Crew Resource Management) behavioural markers in the simulator environment. The project is part of an interdisciplinary project group entitled 'Group Interaction in High Risk Environments' (GIHRE), which was launched by the Daimler-Benz Foundation.
