Presenting evidence in a court of law is the acid test by which the computer crime investigator is ultimately judged. Ironically, amidst a plethora of current textbooks published on the subjects of computer forensics and digital evidence, hardly a word is mentioned about the credible and intelligible presentation of computer evidence in court.1
