ABSTRACT
Two themes are discussed in this final chapter. In the first part content-based image retrieval (CBIR) will be briefly reviewed from the perspective of content/meaning indexing. In the second part the authors discuss some of their own research about content/meaning indexing called ‘Democratic Indexing’.
