ABSTRACT
Key considerations: • After nearly 2 months in the flux of events since the CRMP meeting in September
2002, it felt to MW that one aspect in particular ‘calling’ for his attention was the recent history of CRMP, and also what the relationship seemed to be between the two groups at UMIST and UCL. This was felt to be important because the network proposal was to be a joint submission from UMIST/UCL, and he needed to understand the history of CRMP (as best he could) before putting any ideas forward to the two groups. This was done mainly by studying various documents and talking to people within the Project Management Division at UMIST.
