ABSTRACT
Introduction Everyone who works shifts understands. Among other things, shiftwork makes you tired. Tired people are prone to making errors. Personnel in safety-related occupations, like Air Traffic Control Specialists (ATCSs), must staff facilities 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
