ABSTRACT

The book as a whole has largely focused on the third question, aiming to provide a set of case studies as ‘evidence’ that Human Factors can indeed deliver useful results and outputs that lead to change in real ATM systems. This chapter nevertheless attempts to address all of the above questions. To do this, it draws not only from the other chapters in the book, but also from an appreciation of what the requirements in ATM are now, and will likely be in the future.
