ABSTRACT
If the press conference is for selected journalists by invitation only, then the existing dialogue between the PR department and the respective journalists should be used to give early notification. This early notification should basically be a heads-up or time blocker in the journalists’ calendar. The details should follow later in a formal invitation letter.
