ABSTRACT
Before we drill down into the set-up and the logistical details of a press conference we would like to discuss the environment of a press conference itself in a more generic manner. You may consider this chapter to be an introduction to the following chapters that will address on-site aspects of a press conference. In other words, we have completed the planning task and will start to execute the press conference itself now.
