ABSTRACT
Chapter 2 presented the cross-country results of the study regarding housing deprivation, thermal efficiency, housing affordability and housing satisfaction. This chapter builds on the previous chapter’s findings by analysing European data on housing conditions pertaining specifically to fuel poverty.
