IRISH POSTAL CLERKS ASSOCIATION Formed in 1900 as the Dual Workers Association to become the IPCA in 1904. The union had 392 members in 1903 rising rapidly to 1,337 in 1907. In 1920 renamed the Irish Postal Union [qv].
