ABSTRACT
The govermnent is organized into national, provincial, municipal, county (rural) or district (urban) and township (rural) or street (urban) levels. It is also organized in vertical structures that extend from the national level to the lowest level. The two city govermnents have similar structures. To avoid repetition this chapter presents diagrams describing one city and points out differences between the two.
