TheUniversityofTexasatAustinproject,GroupInteractionunderThreatand HighWorkload-referredtointhisbookastheThreat/ErrorGroup-focusedon theattitudesandbehaviouroffront-linepersonnel.Thefocusofinvestigationwas howteammembersperceivedandmanagedthreatstosafetyanderrorsintheir workenvironment.Thisresearchbridgesthedisciplinesofsocialpsychologyand humanfactors,investigatingtheinterplaybetweenindividualattributesand situationalfactorsthataffectbehaviouringroupcontextsandtheinteractions betweenhumansandtechnology.
