Languageisthemostefficientmethodofhumancommunication.Allpeople learnedalanguageinthefirstfourtofiveyearsoftheirlivesandpracticeditfor hoursandyearsonendeveryday,and,so,becamehighlytrainedexpertsin languageuse.VerbalcommunicationisfastcomparedtotheMorsecode,simplein termsofadditionaltechnicalequipment,extremelyadaptabletodifferentkindsof channels,mediaandsituationalconditions.Languageprocessingissturdyand secure.Thereis,onaverage,oneerrorperthousandexecutionsofaproduction procedure.
