ABSTRACT
In this section we concentrate on topics that are not new in them selves, but where fresh approaches and sharp ideas are important. The central component is the good management of resources.
Strategic management builds on strategic planning in order to put into effect the results of environmental scanning, identification of constraints, drawing up of priorities, assessment of effective ness, presentation of objectives. It subsumes other management processes, and gives us the chance to make our management style coherent and effective.
