ABSTRACT
A core component of any service delivery model is the underlying structure that will be put in place to deliver the new processes (where not outsourced). Just as organisations may choose to adopt a phased approach to delivering standard processes using a standard system and database, so the shift to one organisation per process via one location can be undertaken gradually.
