ABSTRACT
This chapter will examine Gender Injustice in the United Kingdom and Ireland. It will initially look at the Commonwealth, then go on to examine Great Britain, namely England, Scotland and Wales, and finally as a means of comparison, it will look at Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
