ABSTRACT

Thus, persons who believe that homosexual behaviour, manifest in the conduct o f persons involved in same-sex relationships, is immoral or not morally equivalent to heterosexual behaviour, for religious or non-religious reasons, are entided to hold and express that view. O n the other hand, persons who believe that homosexual behaviour is morally equivalent to heterosexual behaviour are also entided to hold and express that view. Both groups, however, are not entided to act in a discriminatory manner.90
