ABSTRACT
It is obvious that “Law recognizes many things that it does not create, though it may, in careful ways, regulate in relation to them.”2 Art, culture, sport, philosophies, religions, etc. are spiritual phenomena (with undeniable material and societal dimensions) that are generally regulated in some fashion by the State.
