ABSTRACT
In this chapter critical/actors are identified and discussed. It is important to note that the critical factors identified on the basis of the failure prediction models in previous chapters are not altogether unique as there could be other factors that are just as good or almost as good predictors of failure or nonfailure. This fact does, however, not reduce the importance of the critical factors identified here.
