ABSTRACT

In this chapter internal communication planning is explored. The act of planning is highlighted as a process that is as important, if not more important, than the final plan itself. Creativity and strategic thinking for planning are examined and techniques are suggested for creative problem solving. It is argued that creativity is a process, important in problem solving, strategic thinking and the implementation of tactics. Creativity is not about stunts that may irritate employees, it is about thinking differently and using evidence.
