ABSTRACT
In 1994 the Department of Noise and Traffic at the Ministry of VROM commissioned a study into the consequences of integrated environmental zoning for planning (VSIMZ, see § 5.4). The study was published as a book under the title 'Milieuzones in beweging' ('Environmental Zones in Motion') at the end of 1995 (Borst et al. 1995).
