ABSTRACT
A sixth study on impact was also discussed initially but it was never implemented. While the time frame for each study varied, they were conducted mostly within ten months of the disaster. (A follow-on study on Linking of Relief, Rehabilitation and Development (LRRD) will be carried out in 2007.) The TEC produced a synthesis report in 2006 (Telford, Cosgrave and Houghton, 2006).
