ABSTRACT
All organizations have a corporate culture. Some are more noticeable or stronger than others. A corporate culture is the system of values, beliefs, norms and behaviours that create a certain organizational climate. Tangible factors such as the external environment, technologies, organization size and structure, corporate environment and leadership and management styles also create the corporate culture.
