ABSTRACT

A health check list to see how the ten Best Practice Global Management principles are being applied in an organisation. A series of Best Practice Global Management health checklists for each individual manager to complete. The check lists can also be printed off the Plan for the Planet website: www. PlanforthePlanet.co.uk. To use these, adjust the language and details to suit your organisation. For example, ‘customer’ would be appropriate for a business manager; ‘citizen or end user’ may be correct for a public service manager; ‘HIV affected person’ could be appropriate for an NGO in a developing nation working in the health sector. It is then important for management teams to discuss the results of the questionnaires, list improvements including benefits and who would be responsible for implementation, define the benefits and convert the results into action plans.
