ABSTRACT
Organizational structure is important, and its importance is growing as the world has become more complex. There is a continual need for companies and official agencies to review their institutional structure if they are to be efficient suppliers of services. To do this effectively an organization needs to be able to learn, and to be able to be react appropriately to what it has learned.
