ABSTRACT

As we saw in Chapter 5, there are eight simple steps involved in implementing the Exceed process. In Chapters 6 and 7 we saw how these steps had been put into practice in a project environment at Spire Healthcare, our case study organization. Once you have decided that you want to reap the benefits of customer-centric project management the next step is to implement the Exceed process in your organization. In this chapter we will look at those eight steps again and provide a generic deployment plan for implementing Exceed in any organization. This focuses on implementation in a project environment, but as you have seen from the service delivery examples provided for healthcare and financial services, Exceed can also be used in other departments. Adapt the framework below for your use so that it is most appropriate for your organization.
