Culturefashionsacomplexframeworkofnational,organizational andprofessionalattitudesandvalueswithinwhichgroupsandindividualsfunction.Thepowerofcultureoftengoesunrecognizedsince itrepresents'thewaywedothingshere'- thenaturalandunquestionedmodeofviewingtheworld.However,therealityandstrength ofculturebecomesalientwhenweworkwithanewgroup(whether inanewcountry,aneworganizationoranewprofession)andinteractwithpeoplewhohavewell-establishednormsandvalues.
